- Conduct training sessions for partners on project details, competitive advantages, and payment plans
- Provide partners with updated marketing materials, promotional offers, and pricing structures
- Monitor broker performance, analyze sales data, and provide periodic reports to management
- Ensure partner compliance with company policies and approved brand identity
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline closing processes for clients referred by indirect channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Real Estate company
- Strong existing network of local real estate marketing firms and brokers
- Established international professional network in real estate marketing
- Proven ability to attract new sales channels

Overview
- We are looking for a driven and strategic professional to lead the expansion strategy of indirect sales channels at AlAwali Real Estate by building and managing a distinguished network of real estate partners and brokers.
- The role aims to foster sustainable strategic partnerships and provide professional support and training to partners, ensuring our projects are represented at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively scout, recruit, and onboard new accredited real estate brokers and marketing partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long term professional relationships with key players in the real estate market.
- Manage, update, and enforce cooperation and commission agreements in line with corporate policies.
- Conduct training sessions for partners on project details, competitive advantages, and payment plans.
- Provide partners with updated marketing materials, promotional offers, and pricing structures.
- Monitor broker's performance, analyze sales data, and provide periodic reports to management.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced presentation and training skills.

Requirements & Qualifications
