About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team.
You will be responsible for planning and executing high-performance digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximize marketing ROI across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
- Analyze and optimize CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Conduct reporting and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Execute audience targeting strategies including Retargeting, Lookalike, and Custom audiences
- Manage budgets and scale campaigns based on performance data
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Implement tracking via Pixels & Google Tag Manager
- Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online presence
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
- Monitor website performance and user behavior via Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
- Experience with landing page builders and conversion optimization

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years' experience in media buying or digital marketing
- Real estate experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
