Green Desert Real Estate Brokers is hiring a temporary Marketing Specialist to align marketing initiatives with business goals, create content, manage social media, and handle SEO/SEM.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Plan, create content and execute initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels
- Conceptualise, shoot and edit high quality real estate property videos and photos
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Create, plan and organise marketing calendars
- Update and manage posts on all social media accounts and respond to followers/clients
- Update our website design
- Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations as advised by the sales director
- Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads for the company
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead conversion goals
- Work closely with different departments to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Previous work experience in real estate industry is mandatory
- Experience working with Zoho CRM
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM and online advertising
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
