Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Plan, create content and execute initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels (social media, website etc.)
- Conceptualise, shoot and edit high quality real estate property videos and photos
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Create, plan and organise marketing calendars
- Update and manage posts on all social media accounts and respond to followers/clients
- Update website design
- Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations as advised by sales director
- Manage SEO/SEM for the company
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead conversion goals
- Work closely with different departments to meet business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing
- Previous work experience in real estate industry
- Experience working with Zoho CRM
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM and online advertising
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing with at least 3 years of work experience.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborate team environment.
- Candidates should be immediately available.
Salary
- AED 5,000 6,000 per month.
