Responsibilities
- Perform day to day administrative functions efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems in line with company and audit requirements
- Collect leasing management fees and renewal fees as per company policy
- Assist in maintaining owners' accounts and financial records
- Track rental income, service charges, and related payments
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting
- Follow up with developers regarding pending collections and payments
- Prepare and issue tenancy renewal notices in accordance with UAE real estate regulations
- Coordinate with tenants and property owners for lease renewals and related documentation
- Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords, developers, and internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, accounts, and administration in Dubai
- Experience in a UAE based real estate or property management company
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Overview
