Responsibilities
- Develop content plans for Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting visual and written content for luxury property showcases
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and premium brand voice
- Set up and manage Meta Ads and other paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Support website content updates, ensuring property listings and market reports are current and accurate
- Coordinate design, production, and delivery of marketing materials (brochures, reports, presentations)
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments
- Participate in content ideation and stay informed on latest marketing trends in Dubai real estate
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proactive, highly organized with strong sense of ownership
- Strong time management skills and ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with social media management platforms
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with real estate CRM

Key Responsibilities

- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media management platforms, basic graphic design skills, experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
