Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Agent will prospect and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors, managing a personal pipeline of qualified leads.

Day-to-day activities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements.

The role involves coordinating with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure accurate listings, up-to-date documentation, and smooth transaction processes.

The Real Estate Agent will also research market trends, maintain detailed client records, and provide tailored investment guidance aligned with Prima Luxury’s standards of discretion and service.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
  • Be fluent in English - any other language is a plus
  • Have a valid driving license
  • Have a proactive can-do attitude
  • to be a community expert
  • have already invested and build the social media presence
  • A Strong knowledge about a certain area in dubai/Abudhabi and to be able to share the record of closed deals in that area
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Daily calls to potential landlords/sellers
  • Negotiate property deals in the fast-paced Dubai real estate market
  • List properties on our CRM
  • Proficiency with Bitrix
