Responsibilities
- Develop content plans for Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting compelling visual and written content
- Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and premium brand voice
- Set up and manage Meta Ads and other paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Support website content updates, ensuring property listings and market reports are current
- Coordinate with real estate agents, photographer, management, and graphic designer for marketing initiatives
- Oversee design, production, and delivery of marketing materials (brochures, reports, presentations)
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
- Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Dubai market, is highly preferable
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with social media management platforms and Meta Ads Manager is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Management: Develop content plans for key platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting compelling visual and written content.
- Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Set up and manage Meta Ads and other paid campaigns with a primary focus on generating qualified leads.
- Digital Presence & Website Support: Provide essential support for website content updates, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Internal Team Collaboration & Communication: Engage in seamless communication with various teams, including real estate agents, photographer, management, and graphic designer.
- Marketing Collateral Coordination: Oversee the coordination of design, production, and delivery for all marketing materials.
- Strategic Initiatives & Campaign Execution: Actively participate in content ideation and stay informed on the latest trends.
- Research & Presentation Development: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and specific property developments.
- Additional Marketing Support: Proactively support any marketing related tasks.
Who You Are
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
- Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Dubai market, is highly preferable.
- Personality: Proactive, highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.
- Skills: Strong time management skills, an ability to learn quickly, and a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must. Other languages are a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media management platforms, basic graphic design skills, and experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
