Responsibilities
- Prospect and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
- Manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams for accurate listings and smooth transactions
- Research market trends and maintain detailed client records
- Provide tailored investment guidance aligned with company standards
- Daily calls to potential landlords/sellers
- List properties on CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, or high end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
- Valid driving license
- Proactive can do attitude
- Community expert with strong knowledge about a certain area in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and record of closed deals in that area
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Bitrix

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
- Prospect and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors, managing a personal pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct property viewings, advise clients on market conditions, prepare and present offers, and negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure accurate listings, up to date documentation, and smooth transaction processes.
- Research market trends, maintain detailed client records, and provide tailored investment guidance aligned with Prima Luxury’s standards.
Requirements
