Responsibilities
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Capture and edit photos and videos of properties, company events, and behind the scenes activities
- Develop scripts, captions, storyboards, and reels for marketing campaigns and property promotions
- Write and edit high quality property descriptions, website articles, newsletters, and digital ads
- Collaborate with marketing team, agents, and management to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency
- Manage the company’s social media calendar and schedule content across platforms
- Stay updated on content trends, real estate market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Assist with branding initiatives, including corporate presentations, promotional materials, and creative campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with luxury positioning and meets quality standards
- Track performance analytics and recommend improvements to drive engagement and lead generation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Videographer, or similar role
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
- Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas
- Understanding of content marketing and social media algorithms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
