- Prospect and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
- Manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams for accurate listings and documentation
- Research market trends and maintain detailed client records
- Provide tailored investment guidance aligned with company standards
- Daily calls to potential landlords/sellers
- List properties on CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, OR high end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
- Valid driving license
- Proactive can do attitude
- Strong knowledge about a certain area in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and record of closed deals in that area
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to use CRM (Bitrix)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The Client Relations Specialist prospect and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors, managing a personal pipeline of qualified leads.
- Day to day activities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements.
- The role involves coordinating with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure accurate listings, up to date documentation, and smooth transaction processes.
- The Real Estate Agent will also research market trends, maintain detailed client records, and provide tailored investment guidance aligned with Prima Luxury’s standards of discretion and service.
Requirements
- Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, OR have worked in a high end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
- Be fluent in English any other language is a plus
- Have a valid driving license
- Have a proactive can do attitude
- To be a community expert
- Have already invested and build the social media presence
- A Strong knowledge about a certain area in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and to be able to share the record of closed deals in that area
