- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention
- Facilitate marketing standups, project meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment and accountability
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and proactively implement solutions
- Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project management systems
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows and supporting post project reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role
- Previous experience within iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast paced digital industry is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and driving project accountability
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels
- Hands on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage reporting and performance insights

Role Overview
- Join a fast moving, remote first environment where you'll play a central role in transforming marketing strategies into successful campaigns and cross functional initiatives.
- As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you'll coordinate projects across multiple channels, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and timely execution.
- You'll collaborate with marketing leaders and diverse stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve processes, and keep high impact initiatives on track.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting and performance insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem solving abilities, and adaptability in rapidly changing business environments.
