- Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs, and develop execution roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Strong client facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and build trust
- Solid experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking across marketing initiatives
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI enabled productivity tools
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results driven environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
