Role Overview

  • You will join a dynamic, people oriented environment where creativity, structure, and performance driven execution come together to deliver impactful marketing results for multiple brands.
  • This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, where you will define marketing direction, translate business goals into actionable plans, and ensure flawless execution across projects.
  • You will act as a key client facing leader, guiding strategic decisions while coordinating cross functional teams and external partners.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute end to end marketing strategies for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, priorities, and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client brands, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and providing clear, data driven recommendations.
  • Oversee project delivery across multiple accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high quality execution.
  • Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and continuously monitor performance to ensure accountability and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with campaign goals and client needs.
  • Translate business objectives into structured roadmaps, actionable plans, and clear execution timelines.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives while reducing escalation needs through proactive leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, marketing leadership, account management, or client project services roles.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, define KPIs, and create structured execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast paced or high responsibility environments.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking in a marketing context.
  • Experience working in high risk or complex industries, demonstrating strong business acumen and decision making ability.
  • Excellent client facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong problem solving capabilities and a proactive, ownership driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI assisted marketing tools.
  • Fluent English (native level proficiency required).
