Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth and strengthen brand positioning.
- Lead brand management initiatives to enhance market presence across all channels.
- Plan and execute product launches and go to market strategies for new and existing products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Technical, and other cross functional teams to drive commercial success.
- Develop trade marketing initiatives that support distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage corporate communications, public relations, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and customer events.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI), providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
