About the Job
Own member acquisition and the platform's market presence for a product serving Saudi micro-business owners.
Phase one acquisition will use ALJ-owned channels rather than paid media and will focus on converting a warm audience into registered, paying members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run acquisition campaigns across ALJ-owned channels and the existing MSME contact base.
- Own conversion from first contact to paid subscription, including messaging, landing journeys, offers, and follow-up.
- Develop Arabic-first marketing content and voice consistent with brand guidelines.
- Measure and report acquisition and conversion performance and recommend future investment areas.
- Coordinate launch communications for pilot milestones and public launch.
- Build evidence for future paid acquisition through channel tests and cost-per-acquisition benchmarks.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally for subscription or SME-facing products.
- Demonstrated experience owning conversion funnels and campaign performance end to end.
- Native-level Arabic and professional English are required.
- Experience marketing to the Saudi SME or consumer market is a strong advantage.
