Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and execution of brand strategies for multiple brands
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with brand objectives and key milestones. Prioritize and coordinate campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email), traditional, and experiential
- Manage digital advertising campaigns end to end — from planning and budgeting to optimization and reporting
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, including creative, media, and digital marketing partners
- Manage relationships with PR agencies to ensure effective brand representation and media coverage
Requirements
- Preferably 40 years old and below, with proven fashion retail experience in the GCC, USA, UK, or Australia
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, with solid exposure to digital marketing, social media strategy, and events planning and execution
- Proven hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management tools and proficiency in Google Analytics, Social Media dashboards, and CRM tools
