- Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Brand Management
- Build, strengthen, and maintain the HireStella brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
- Develop brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Manage corporate branding, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Content Marketing
- Develop and manage the company's content marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the Head of Content and Creative team to produce high quality content.
- Manage the editorial and content calendar to ensure timely publication.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns to increase qualified B2B leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Develop marketing campaigns that support revenue growth and customer retention.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and build online communities.
- Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using KPIs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports for management.
- Use data and analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions.
- Monitor marketing ROI and recommend cost effective improvements.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, webinars, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, media organizations, and industry associations.
- Represent the company at networking events and conferences when required.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor the marketing team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high performance team culture.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, freelancers, and vendors when required.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
