Job Purpose

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead marketing activities, providing direction, development, and performance management.
  • Manage social media ensuring strategic growth and active use of platforms.
  • Act as key stakeholder in ensuring unified voice and look across the region.
  • Work on ideating campaign concepts that align with business.
  • Extend support on operational requirements such as writing content.
  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage marketing budget spend and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments.
  • Track and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage a team effectively.

Operational & Technical Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect local culture, language preferences, and consumer behaviors.
  • Work with social media team on content creation with localized approach.
  • Support website updates, ensuring optimization and regional adaptability.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Manage partnerships initiatives to drive business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory marketing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop and adapt marketing strategies to local market dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of GCC market landscape, consumer behavior, and regional business environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
