- Develop and maintain business relationships with SME clients to build rapport and promote company products
- Achieve sales, new business and retention targets & KPI’s across defined SME segments
- Identify and maximize cross selling opportunities
- Generate a sales pipeline by prospecting for new clients
- Provide high levels of post sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain trackers and reporting of sales activities on a periodic basis
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE insurance market
- Strong understanding of SME insurance products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

Job Purpose
- To develop and maintain business relationships with SME clients to build rapport and promote company products.
- Achieve sales, new business and retention targets & KPI’s across defined SME segments.
- To identify and maximize cross selling opportunities.
- To generate a sales pipeline by prospecting for new clients to ensure future sales opportunities and growth.
- To provide high levels of post sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
- To manage retention and ensure growth of the portfolio under management.
- To maintain trackers and reporting of sales activities on a periodic basis.
- To support the activities of Client Relationship Manager in service and retention.
- To represent GIG Gulf in the market.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE insurance market.
- Strong understanding of SME insurance products available in the market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Forward thinking mindset with the ability to leverage digital solutions to drive growth opportunities.
