Job Purpose

  • To develop and maintain business relationships with SME clients to build rapport and promote company products.
  • Achieve sales, new business and retention targets & KPI’s across defined SME segments.
  • To identify and maximize cross selling opportunities.
  • To generate a sales pipeline by prospecting for new clients to ensure future sales opportunities and growth.
  • To provide high levels of post sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
  • To manage retention and ensure growth of the portfolio under management.
  • To maintain trackers and reporting of sales activities on a periodic basis.
  • To support the activities of Client Relationship Manager in service and retention.
  • To represent GIG Gulf in the market.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE insurance market.
  • Strong understanding of SME insurance products available in the market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Forward thinking mindset with the ability to leverage digital solutions to drive growth opportunities.
