- Develop and execute marketing strategies across both businesses
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Own SEO strategy, website optimisation, keyword research, and organic growth initiatives
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Produce marketing materials, client communications, newsletters, and market commentary via Mailchimp
- Support website content, digital presence, and brand consistency across the group
- Plan and coordinate events, incentives, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Business Development teams to support commercial growth objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing role
- Strong experience across SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation and business growth
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience with Mailchimp, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools advantageous
- Financial services, property, or professional services experience advantageous

The Role
- We are looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing across both Magna Financial and Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.
- This is a broad, hands on role with significant ownership and autonomy.
- As the sole marketing lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth across the group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing marketing strategies across both businesses.
- Driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives.
- Managing social media channels, content creation, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Owning SEO strategy, website optimisation, keyword research, and organic growth initiatives.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Producing marketing materials, client communications, newsletters, and market commentary distribution through Mailchimp.
- Supporting website content, digital presence, and brand consistency across the group.
