About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee records, contractual changes, and offboarding
- Manage UAE visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Own and continuously improve BambooHR, maintaining accurate employee records, reporting, documentation, and HR workflows
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and operational standards to support a growing international business
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and wider legislative requirements
- Work closely with leadership and the wider People function to ensure consistent HR processes, policy adherence, and an excellent employee experience
- Support employee relations matters, HR queries, and people initiatives while partnering with managers across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks, and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience within an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, documentation, and operational best practice
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- Magna Financial is a specialist foreign exchange provider with a strong presence across the UAE, UK, and Spain.
- We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational HR function across our growing international business.
- This is a broad, hands on role focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience while ensuring all HR operations, systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes run efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the end to end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee records, contractual changes, and offboarding.
- Managing UAE visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting international employee requirements where applicable.
- Owning and continuously improving BambooHR, maintaining accurate employee records, reporting, documentation, and HR workflows.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational standards to support a growing international business.
- Preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and wider legislative requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Working closely with leadership and the wider People function to ensure consistent HR processes, policy adherence, and an excellent employee experience.
- Supporting employee relations matters, HR queries, and people initiatives while partnering with managers across the business.
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks, and enhance operational efficiency as the business continues to scale.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, documentation, and operational best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
- Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services, or a multi entity environment would be advantageous.
