Strategic Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals of DLI Group and its subsidiaries.
- Identify key marketing opportunities across all entities to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Brand Management
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all DLI Group entities.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the group’s values and messaging.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
Events and Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for each entity, tailored to their specific audience.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategic plans.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including business development, P&C, and other support functions.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze ROI of marketing spend and adjust strategies as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Represent DLI Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
