Company Description

  • The company also trades in espresso machines, serving individual customers and businesses, with multiple branches across the UAE.

Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AL Gahwa AL Arabiya’s coffee products and espresso machines across retail branches and digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Planning campaigns, managing social media and online presence, coordinating in store promotions, and ensuring brand consistency in all materials.
  • Analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to drive customer engagement and revenue.
  • Overseeing external agencies or vendors when needed and contributing to new product launches and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience developing and implementing brand and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital marketing capabilities, such as managing social media, online advertising, and content for web and mobile platforms.
  • Market research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data informed recommendations.
  • Brand management skills, including maintaining visual identity, messaging consistency, and customer experience standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
  • Experience in retail, food & beverage, or coffee related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
