About the Role

  • We are looking for a results driven Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing function across our growing group of companies operating in Real Estate & Contracting, Fire Safety Solutions, and a SaaS Platform for real estate professionals and contractors.
  • This is a leadership role for someone who can develop marketing strategies, generate qualified B2B leads, scale digital marketing, grow a SaaS product, build a high performing marketing team, and establish data driven processes.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for all business divisions.
  • Build the marketing department, processes, KPIs, and reporting systems.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage in house teams, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Create and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build landing pages, lead funnels, CRM workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Improve website performance, organic rankings, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities SaaS Growth

  • Drive app installs, user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Develop go to market strategies for contractors, realtors, and service providers.
  • Monitor SaaS growth metrics including acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Content

  • Lead brand positioning and communication across all business units.
  • Develop content strategies including social media, case studies, videos, blogs, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure consistent branding across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities Analytics & Performance

  • Implement tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM, and reporting dashboards.
  • Measure campaign performance, CPL, ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Optimize budgets and improve marketing efficiency through data driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, Fire Safety, B2B Services, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience in: SEO & Performance Marketing, Google Ads & Meta Ads, B2B Lead Generation, CRM & Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics & Reporting, Team Leadership.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies.
  • UAE/GCC market experience is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • Firebase, AppsFlyer, or other app analytics platforms
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing productivity
