- Provide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office
- Coordinate and arrange appointments and schedules
- Maintain filing system
- Handle phone calls and daily correspondence/financial documents
- Assist Marketing Executive in creating and implementing marketing activities
- Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media
- Plan, coordinate and implement direct marketing
- Conduct competition checks and benchmarking
- Create office presentations
- Upload and maintain picture storage and distribution systems
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Knowledge of Marketing basics
- Knowledge of graphic and print technical terms
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

Description
- The overall scope of the Marketing Trainee is to assist the Marketing Director to position and promote Kempinski hotel Mall of The Emirates and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the Kempinski brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office.
- Coordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.
- Maintain filing system.
- Handle phone calls.
- Handle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc.
- Handle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.
- Assist Marketing Executive (or Director of Marketing) in creating and implementing all Marketing
- Creation and print of collater
- Promotions and packages
- Advertising
- Market analysis
- Photo shootings
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or in Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- English – excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge of Marketing basics
- Knowledge of graphic and print technical terms
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office
- Creative programmes such as photo shop, indesign etc is a plus
