- Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet
- Handle guest enquiries and report complaints to supervisors

Description
- The overall scope includes serving food and beverages to guests, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Kempinski’s DNA values.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager.
- Report to duty punctually wearing correct uniform and maintaining high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
- Perform all duties and tasks as per the outlet requirements.
- Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
- Have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
- Explain and perform upselling of all items.
- Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries and report complaints.
- Operate POS system as trained.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items.
- Ability to operate POS system.
- Adherence to hotel grooming standards.
