- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage multi channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content platforms
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth initiatives
- Plan, organize, and execute networking events, business meetups, and engagement activities
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen brand presence within professional communities
- Represent the company at networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
- Create and manage marketing content, branding materials, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities within the UAE market
- Collaborate with management on business development and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE marketing managerial experience (Mandatory)
- Proven experience managing full spectrum marketing independently
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape
- Hands on experience in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, and event marketing
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on business growth and measurable results

About the Role
- 3S Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute end to end marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals within the UAE market.
- This is a hands on role for someone who can independently drive strategy, execution, networking, events, lead generation, partnerships, and brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to European markets or European professional background preferred
- Experience within BNI or similar structured networking organizations is highly advantageous
- Experience working across multiple industries or business verticals is a plus
