Responsibilities
- Drive sales and occupancy for serviced offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms
- Generate new business through lead generation, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships
- Conduct client consultations, office tours, and negotiate leasing agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Sales in UAE Business Center / Serviced Office / Coworking / Flexible Workspace experience
- Proven track record in workspace leasing and B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE commercial real estate and flexible workspace market
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
