Overview

  • We're hiring a Business Center Consultant with proven experience in the UAE's flexible workspace industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and occupancy for serviced offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms
  • Generate new business through lead generation, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships
  • Conduct client consultations, office tours, and negotiate leasing agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
  • Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Sales in UAE Business Center / Serviced Office / Coworking / Flexible Workspace experience
  • Proven track record in workspace leasing and B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge of the UAE commercial real estate and flexible workspace market
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
