Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Strengthen daily property-level marketing execution.
• Create and coordinate content for digital and social media channels.
• Coordinate external agencies and creative partners.
• Support graphic design and marketing collateral aligned with Shangri-La brand standards.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, marketing activations, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate internal departments to deliver marketing activities on time.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of marketing experience.
• Hospitality marketing or creative agency experience is preferred.
• Experience with content creation, social media, campaign execution, and F&B marketing.
• Strong graphic design, creative content development, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
