Role Overview

Provide traditional Arabic hospitality as a Coffee Host at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi.

Welcome guests and serve Arabic coffee and refreshments in a professional, warm, and culturally respectful manner.

Support guest experiences in a luxury hotel offering guestrooms, villas, serviced apartments, and a private beach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve Arabic coffee, dates, and refreshments to guests and visitors.
  • Welcome guests warmly and maintain high standards of traditional hospitality and etiquette.
  • Keep the coffee service area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Support VIP visits, meetings, and special events with professional beverage service.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards while representing the organization professionally.

Candidate Requirements

  • Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee service and hospitality customs.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact confidently with VIP guests and senior management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and special events when required.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
