Requirements

Role Overview
- We are seeking a data driven and detail oriented Email, CRM & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to lead our targeted communication strategy.
- This role is essential for driving attendee registrations, nurturing leads, and maximizing engagement for our global exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and schedule targeted email campaigns for audience segments (traders, IBs, investors, exhibitors).
- Build and manage automated workflows for registrations, reminders, and re engagement.
- A/B test email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize open and conversion rates.
- Ensure email design is responsive, visually appealing, and compliant with GDPR and anti spam regulations.
- Maintain and segment CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) by audience behavior and registration stage.
- Coordinate data sync between CRM, registration platforms, and lead capture systems.
- Monitor engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate) and use insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Support sales and operations teams with tailored CRM campaigns and lead tracking.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns via platforms like Twilio, Interakt, WATI, or Zoko.
- Segment recipient lists (IBs, VIPs, speakers, exhibitors) and tailor content for high engagement.
- Create clear, action driven WhatsApp messages for reminders, QR codes, confirmations, and announcements.
- Track delivery and response rates to improve campaign timing and content.
