- Source and secure high level speakers, panelists, and moderators from financial and fintech industries
- Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with branding, marketing, and sales goals
- Manage speaker communications and logistics pre event, onsite, and post event
- Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials
- Support on site execution of conferences ensuring sessions run smoothly
- Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to enhance agenda quality
- Monitor competitor events and suggest enhancements
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production
- Experience within finance, fintech, or related industries preferred
- Proactive and detail oriented
