Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, products, and promotional activities.
• Edit videos for social media, advertisements, corporate presentations, and promotional content.
• Develop creative content ideas, reels, short-form videos, and marketing materials to increase audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in reputed companies.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong videography and photography skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
