Role Overview
BCAA is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst for its Digital Engagement team at the Head Office in Burnaby.
The role turns complex data into insights and supports campaign targeting, measurement, marketing tools and customer experiences.
The analyst will work with Marketing, Information Services, Product Management and Customer Experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform descriptive analysis across multiple data sources and create summaries, visualizations and reports.
- Create dashboards, define metrics, visualize KPIs and support data quality for decision-making.
- Build campaign audiences and segmentation, SQL campaign queries, flow charts and deployment lists.
- Design and automate customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Develop testing approaches and recommendations for target groups, offers and creative.
- Build and maintain predictive models for customer targets, next-best-product opportunities and lifetime value.
- Improve marketing data flow across Amazon Redshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
- Automate analytics processes with clear, documented and repeatable code.
- Follow privacy and customer contact standards and document data sources, analyses and algorithms.
