Responsibilities
- Lead the generation of actionable insights by developing advanced data mining and analytical models aligned with commercial and operational objectives
- Oversee deployment of sophisticated data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced predictive and machine learning models
- Monitor, test, retrain, and optimize models to ensure accuracy and business impact
- Design and execute experiments and analytical initiatives to validate business hypotheses
- Lead development and management of customer, marketing, loyalty, personalization, churn, propensity, forecasting, and behavioral analytics models
- Drive pricing, promotion, and market intelligence analytics
- Lead development and enhancement of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
- Define, implement, and maintain KPIs and analytics frameworks
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to maximize value of data and analytics platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Data & Analytics field (BI, MIS, IS, …) or business (Marketing, Financials, …) complemented with IT certifications and on job experience
- 5 – 6 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Business intelligence software knowledge
- Data reporting tools (SQL basics)
- MS Office Suite (Advanced)
- English and Arabic proficiency

Job Description
- Lead the generation of actionable insights by developing advanced data mining and analytical models that align with the company’s commercial and operational objectives.
- This role includes overseeing the deployment of sophisticated data analytics and business intelligence tools, with a particular emphasis on improving data driven decision making across the Commercial, Marketing, Omni Channel, and Operations teams.
- Additionally, ensure the seamless integration of data analytics into all business functions, maintaining data integrity while providing effective training and support to empower users.
Advanced Analytics & Data Science
- Translate complex analytical and predictive model outputs into actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced predictive and machine learning models using data science and analytics tools.
- Monitor, test, retrain, and optimize models to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business impact.
- Design and execute experiments and analytical initiatives to validate business hypotheses and identify growth opportunities.
- Automate model monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking to improve efficiency and governance.
- Lead the development and management of customer, marketing, loyalty, personalization, churn, propensity, forecasting, and behavioral analytics models.
- Drive pricing, promotion, and market intelligence analytics to support commercial performance and decision making.
- Integrate internal and external data sources to generate comprehensive business and market insights.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities where analytics and data science can create measurable business value.
Business Intelligence & Analytics Solutions
- Lead the development and enhancement of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Define, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the selection, evaluation, and implementation of analytics and business intelligence technologies.
- Ensure successful integration of analytical models and insights into operational and business processes.
- Support cross functional projects by providing analytics expertise and ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.
- Review solution designs and oversee testing activities to ensure business requirements are fully met.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and key stakeholders to maximize the value and utilization of data and analytics platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and data driven decision making capabilities across the organization.
- Lead user enablement initiatives, including training and adoption of analytics tools and dashboards.
- Foster strong cross functional relationships to ensure alignment between business needs and analytics solutions.
Governance, Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, processes, and operational procedures to support analytics solutions and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance through appropriate governance and access controls.
- Promote data quality, integrity, and best practices across all analytics initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Experience: 5 – 6 Years of Experience
- Computer Skills: Business Intelligence software knowledge, Data Reporting Tools (SQL Basics), MS Office Suite (Advanced)
