Core Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute Ad Strategy: Make ads that stop people in their tracks. You ll guide the whole process from the first brainstorm to the final video edit.
- Hands-on Production: This is a "player-coach" role. You will personally design and animate advanced motion graphics and video tutorials, turning complex game features into easy-to-understand content.
- Full Delivery Ownership: You are accountable for the end-to-end creative lifecycle. You ensure that all regional assets are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality level.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with our global teams to align on brand standards. You will adapt global assets for the MENA region and share regional success stories with the wider company to influence global strategy.
- Modern Workflows: Use the latest automation and generative technology to speed up production and create more versions of our best-performing ads without losing quality.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Work with the data team to see what works and what doesn't. You will use performance metrics to decide which creative ideas to keep, improve, or stop.
