Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services
- Develop automated tests for functional, integration, regression, API, and end to end testing
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery practices
- Collaborate with game teams and internal/external QA teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership to the Quality Engineering team, mentoring junior and senior engineers
- Conduct code reviews and lead training sessions on quality engineering best practices
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Automation Lead or similar role
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Expertise in building automation frameworks from the ground up
- Experience with CI/CD integration
- Proficiency in programming languages used for test automation
- Experience in gaming or related industry is a plus

- We're looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to help elevate quality across our games and platforms by driving automation excellence, mentoring quality engineers, and implementing modern quality engineering practices.
About the Role
- This is a hands on leadership role for a highly technical quality professional.
- Working closely with the QA Manager, you will ensure the highest quality standards across multiple projects by building automation frameworks from the ground up, solving complex testing challenges, and empowering teams through coaching and mentorship.
What You Will Do
- Architect & Build: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services supporting our gaming ecosystem.
- End to End Testing: Develop automated tests for functional, integration, regression, API, and end to end testing while analysing results to identify root causes.
- Pipeline Integration: Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery practices.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with game teams and internal/external QA teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide technical leadership to the Quality Engineering team, mentoring junior and senior engineers to grow their automation and programming expertise.
- Code Excellence: Conduct code reviews and lead training sessions on quality engineering best practices to promote high standards for maintainability and scalability.
