Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator is a part-time, remote role supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
The role includes digital content, social media, promotional materials, campaign tracking, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create written content for digital channels and coordinate social media posts.
- Help prepare promotional materials and track campaign performance.
- Maintain organized project documentation and timelines.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across locations.
- Support lead gathering, follow-up materials, and marketing support for online events or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills are required for collaboration across digital channels.
- Sales-related skills, including basic lead generation support and promotional activities, are required.
- Event planning skills are required to coordinate online or hybrid marketing events and campaigns.
- Writing skills are required for social media, email, and other marketing materials.
- Project management skills are required to manage timelines and coordinate marketing tasks.
