Role Description
Part-time, remote Digital Marketing Assistant role supporting online marketing efforts and customer engagement initiatives.
The role supports digital campaigns, online platform monitoring, market research, customer inquiries, reporting, and marketing recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media and other online platforms.
- Gather market research data on customer behavior and competitor activity.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other online channels.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team members.
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve reach, conversions, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for professional online interactions.
- Experience or interest in market research and basic data analysis.
- Foundational sales and sales and marketing skills supporting lead generation and conversion.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and independent time management.
