Role Description
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient support for business activities.
This is a part-time remote role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and meetings.
- Manage digital records and documentation.
- Maintain organized filing and tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and handle email and communication workflows.
- Support invoice tracking and expense documentation.
- Assist with policy implementation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document control, and workflow coordination.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and remote collaboration platforms, including word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and project management software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reports, emails, and internal documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time environment.
- Experience in administrative or office management roles is required; UAE-based or regional experience is advantageous.
