Overview
The Marketing Coordinator & Content Writer Assistant strengthens our marketing execution by producing high-quality content, supporting SEO initiatives, assisting with campaigns and presentations, and providing essential coordination across the department.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Senior Content Writer, Event Coordinator, and design team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all marketing outputs.
Content Creation & Production
· Draft first versions of blog posts, website copy, newsletters, campaign copy, and presentation materials.
· Repurpose key updates and leadership insights into clear, accessible social media content.
· Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
· Support the creation of presentations.
Campaign & Social Media Support
· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
· Schedule social media posts and monitor engagement.
· Prepare content and materials for product launches, announcements, and events.
Event Coordination Support
· Work closely with the Event Coordinator on logistics, attendee lists, promotional materials, and event communications.
· Support pre-event content, on-site coverage, and post-event summaries or social updates.
· Ensure all event-related materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Design & Administrative Support
· Organize asset libraries and manage file deliverables for designers.
· Maintain project management updates, take meeting minutes, and support expense tracking.
· Coordinate deadlines, follow-ups, and cross-team communication to keep workflows smooth.
Seo & Digital Growth (Preferred)
· Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into new and existing content.
· Implement on-page SEO updates including meta tags, headers, alt text, and internal linking.
· Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console and highlight improvement opportunities.
· Maintain SEO across all content and support the Marketing Manager with SEO priorities.
Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or SEO.
· Experience in tech and blockchain sectors is a plus.
Skills
· Strong writing and editing abilities with adaptable tone for corporate and community audiences.
· Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with analytics tools.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
