Responsibilities
- Support the creation and localization of marketing and internal communications content in English and Arabic
- Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters, email bulletins, and town halls by drafting messages and coordinating updates
- Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies to support consistent content publishing
- Track campaign, social media, and event performance, and prepare clear, basic reports to support ongoing improvement
- Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across channels
- Support the planning and delivery of wellness events, local activations, and internal or external events, including logistical coordination
- Contribute to product launches and digital platform rollouts by supporting content updates, internal communication, and coordination with partners, vendors, and agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Around 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Experience working with social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and see work through to completion in time sensitive situations
