Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Communications Executive to join our team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans for the group of companies.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate messaging.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions.
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase the company's offerings and strengthen brand presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with media professionals and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Assist in managing public relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in organizing and managing trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools, social media management).
  • Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
