- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic with good command of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

- Track and follow up on assigned tasks within the department using approved tools and systems.
- Monitor social media platforms, track engagement metrics, and report on customer feedback and interactions.
- Support content planning by contributing ideas, developing content themes, and coordinating with content writers.
- Follow up on design deliverables and ensure alignment with approved brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Create engaging and creative content tailored for TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and contribute to campaign development.
- Prepare preliminary marketing plans, reports, and presentations based on guidance from the direct manager.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with a good command of English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of quickly learning new tools and task management systems.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
