About the Role
Nespresso Canada is seeking a Marketing Category Lead for Accessories to drive portfolio growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. The role involves product management, project management, and budget management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute powerful launch plans and promotional strategies for new products
- Identify and size new product and market opportunities, and drive decision making for project development
- Represent Canadian market needs to global stakeholders
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from code creation and pricing to SKU rationalization
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer data, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Lead complex cross functional projects
- Manage and monitor budgets, oversee purchasing and invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to product or portfolio management preferably in fashion, luxury home decor or cosmetic premium/luxury environment
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- Strong project management skills
- High level of analytical skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Category Lead Accessories
- Develop and execute powerful launch plans and promotional strategies for new products.

- Provide dotted line management for a shared Coordinator resource.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to product or portfolio management preferably in fashion, luxury home decor or cosmetic premium/luxury environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Strong project management skills.
- High level of analytical skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).

Compensation Range
- CAD 80,000 CAD 89,000 + Bonus eligibility.
