Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceutical products in Qatar.
- Conduct local market research, competitor analysis, and identify business growth opportunities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral aligned with local regulations.
- Monitor product and brand performance and provide actionable insights.
Promotions & Field Activities
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns targeting doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions in Qatar.
- Coordinate with sales and field teams to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Organize events, workshops, and product launches within Qatar in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with Qatari pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Contracts & Business Submissions
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts with distributors, healthcare institutions, and other business partners in Qatar.
- Submit documentation to the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) or other regulatory bodies for product registration, approvals, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on submissions and approvals to support market expansion.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with cross-functional teams: Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key clients.
- Provide management with regular reports on marketing outcomes, contractual progress, and ROI.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all marketing, promotional, and contractual activities fully comply with Qatar laws, MOPH regulations, and ethical standards.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
• Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Qatari pharmaceutical regulations, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Experience handling contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
