Are you ready to bring the world of AMOUAGE to life through elevated retail experiences and impactful design?

We are currently looking for a Market Excellence Designer to support the creation and execution of visual assets, retail activations, and consumer experiences across global markets.

This role plays a key part in translating the House’s identity into engaging and high-quality brand touch points across POSM, gifting, events, and merchandising.

Your Mission

Working closely with the Market Excellence and Brand Experience teams, this role will be responsible for developing creative retail assets, activation concepts, and production-ready materials that support launches and business objectives across the House.

The role ensures consistency in brand expression, excellence in execution, and effective coordination across suppliers, markets, and internal stakeholders.

Creative Design & Asset Development

  • Design and develop visual assets including:
  • POSM (blotters, VIP boxes, E-comm boxes, gifting…)
  • GWP (Gift With Purchase items)
  • Leaflets, brochures, and other print materials
  • Create strong and consistent visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and product launches
  • Adapt designs across formats, channels, and markets (local markets specifications)
  • Ensure consistency and high-quality execution across all retail assets

Production Management

  • Prepare and deliver technical files and specifications to suppliers
  • Manage production processes from briefing to final delivery along with the Market Excellence coordinator
  • Review and validate samples (BATs) to ensure quality standards
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with expectations along with the Market Excellence coordinator
  • Anticipate technical constraints (materials, durability, logistics) early in the design phase

Collaboration With Brand Experience Team

  • Work closely with the Brand Experience Team to ensure alignment with brand identity, campaign concepts, and launch strategies
  • Support adaptation of assets for local market needs

Retailtainment Activations & Merchandising And In-Store Support

  • Collaborate closely with in-store and merchandising teams to propose and develop concepts for in-store and out-of-store activations
  • Collaborate closely with in-store and merchandising teams to define implementation guidelines (setup designs, space needed, dimensions…)
  • Conduct ongoing benchmarking of competitors and best-in-class retail experiences
  • Monitor effectiveness of activations (engagement, traffic, sell-out) along with the Market Excellence coordinator
  • Develop clear and user-friendly guidelines for local markets such as:
  • Short-form videos
  • Staging and visuals guidelines
  • Tutorials
  • Real-life implementation photoshoot

Customer-Facing & “Out-of-the-Box” Experiences

  • Develop innovative and engaging consumer experiences for:
  • Retail events
  • Pop-ups
  • Immersive brand experiences
  • Bring fresh thinking to retail through storytelling, interactivity, and retailtainment concepts

Your Expertise

  • Background in graphic design, retail design, visual merchandising, or related field
  • 3-5 years of Experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with 3D/mockup tools (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent)
  • Creative thinking with a strong sense of innovation.
