Are you ready to drive sales performance and elevate the customer experience across AMOUAGE Travel Retail locations?

We are looking for a

Junior Sales Manager - Travel Retail

to oversee Beauty Advisor performance, retail operations, merchandising standards, and sales execution across key airport doors.

Your Mission

Working closely with the Travel Retail Area Sales Manager and retail partners, you will lead Beauty Advisor performance, support sales growth, ensure excellence in merchandising and operations, and uphold the House’s luxury standards across the region.

Ba Management & Development

  • Plan & recruit new BAs according to annual budget
  • Connect with BAs for their work objectives to strengthen the relationship
  • Set and implement BAs incentives for key launches
  • Follow up with BAs monthly commissions and incentives according to annual budget
  • Coach BAs on POS and ensure their grooming/uniforms
  • Ensure all BAs are trained on novelties and new BAs get induction training
  • Set annual Training calendar with Trainer according to AMOUAGE launch plan
  • Set annual appraisal with all BAs.

Sales Reporting

  • Track and analyze sell-out performances MTD and YTD per airport, per shop and SKUs and set action plan and corrective measures to achieve objectives
  • Build strong relationship with shop floor teams to get data and insights
  • Set monthly targets and communicate to the BAs on a regular basis
  • Report out of stock situation on assortment and ensure success of novelties launches
  • Competition analysis report (pictures/best practices/# of BAs per door...)
  • Delivering launch analysis and in-store activation analysis timely for each quarter.

Merchandising

  • Ensure brand image within the shops and follow up with visuals update in all doors
  • Follow up on planogram creation per door and ensure implementation in all the doors according to Amouage's guidelines
  • Update the TR door list
  • Ensure sufficient testers and GWPs quantities in shop
  • Follow up on maintenance to be done for each door
  • Follow up on Trade animation implementation (permit and drawing approval)
  • In-store visits and submit reports.

Orders

  • Follow up with order deliveries in shop
  • Follow up on stock availability.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the Travel Retail environnement is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
