Overview
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in Supervisory level with oil/gas petrochemical offshore, marine and air transportation, vessel management, documentation, contracts preparation and revision, tender documents preparation and revision, Departmental Budget preparation etc.
Monitor budgets and control operational costs while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Oversee offshore marine and helicopter operations in line with operational and safety standards.
Coordinate with insurance providers to manage coverage, claims, and related documentation.
Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement processes, including bid evaluation and vendor coordination.
Planning and organizational skills to manage transport schedules, resources, and operational priorities efficiently.
Able to prepare, review official business contracts, tenders with Marine companies, Civil Aviation, insurance companies for company’s assets insurance related documentation, contracts, tenders etc.
Good in accounting for departmental budget preparation etc.
